UP Championship Venues Exchanged

The 2024 UP Men's Championship was originally scheduled for Marquette Golf Club.  Marquette is hosting the 2024 UPLGA Championship in July and felt that their members may resent hosting both tournaments in close proximity.  For that reason and because 2026 is the club's Centennial, they asked if it would be possible to switch their 2024 date with Wawonowin's in 2026.

The Wawonowin Board met on September 19th and voted to exchange the dates with Marquette, so the 2024 Championship will be held at Wawonowin Country Club.  A big "Thank You" to Wawonowin for agreeing to the exchange.  UPGA members can expect an excellent tournament hosted by both clubs in 2024 and 2026.
